Lee Technologies provides facility operations 24 hours per day, year-round with 2 certified technicians per shift for Capital One’s 200,000 square foot Knolls Data Center, located in Glen Allen, Virginia. Lee Technologies’ on-site staff is supported by a dedicated project manager as well as other Lee Technologies administrative and technical personnel.
The Service Team manages the operation and maintenance of the entire facility, including the comprehensive activities of preventive and corrective maintenance that is required for the facility’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems. Lee Technologies utilizes its computerized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Maintenance Management System to manage all service schedules, service tickets, field service reports and other documents generated in performing contract activities.
Capital One awarded this facility operations project after learning of Lee Technologies’ strategic and innovative approach to facility operations, which has been proven to increase efficiency while decreasing margins of error, and ensure the best cost and value for the Customer.
