This turnkey design-build project consisted of the complete phased design and construction of a data center property for CyrusOne in Houston, Texas (approximately 20,000 square feet).
Lee Technologies designed the project as a Tier III design for mechanical and electrical systems expandable to a Tier IV design, with a power density of more than 250 watts per square foot. The project included the construction, furnishing and installation of an electrical and mechanical system to support the growing demands of blade servers.
