Data Center Operations: Software Provider

One of Lee Technologies’ most significant contracts is a data center facility operations and management contract with a major software provider. Under this contract, Lee Technologies provides on-site staffing 24 hours per day, 365 days per year (2 or 3 technicians per shift) for six (6) data center properties throughout the United States and Puerto Rico (over 1,000,000 square feet of critical space).
Lee Technologies’ on-site staff, supported by a dedicated project manager and other administrative and technical personnel, manages the proper operation of each facility’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems and manages or performs all preventive and corrective maintenance activities required for such systems. Currently, 85 technical staff members are dedicated to this customer.
Lee Technologies also utilizes its computerized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Maintenance Management Systems to provide the Customer with on-line access to service schedules, service tickets, field service reports and other documents generated in performing contract activities. Lee Technologies also provides project management services in support of facility expansion and renovation efforts.
