Lee Technologies acted as the Commissioning Authority to provide commissioning services on the 85,000 square foot Drug Enforcement Agency Project “Sterling Park Technology Center” for the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems.
Lee Technologies ensured that all building systems performed interactively according to the design intent and the specified operational improvements. Lee Technologies managed and coordinated the traditionally separate functions of the equipment start-up, system performance testing and balancing, and control system calibration. In culmination, Lee Technologies provided the client with a commissioning report outlining the findings of all testing procedures.
