Lee Technologies acts as the key Commissioning Agent at this Secure facility and provides technical expertise in weekly reviews for routine, preventive and emergency service on the critical equipment, which includes multiple air handling units and UPS systems in addition to generators and paralleling switchgear.
The project is being implemented in multiple phases and Lee Technologies will participate in the installation of the monitoring equipment for the facility as well as manage the preventive maintenance service of the equipment. In addition, Lee Technologies will assist with supervisory roles with Load Bank Testing and Black Hole Testing associated with commissioning activities on-site. Lee Technologies’ responsibilities also include participation and management with documentation service reports.
